The 6 Big Reasons Why Players Are With Us vs Others

We Are the Program That Puts Kids First

Our focus is the long-term athletic development of each player. We develop with a clear end goal for every athlete: create opportunities to play collegiate or professional baseball. We also equip players with tools to succeed in life well after baseball. One hundred percent of fees are invested in development, including academic support with OCT tutors and on-the-road study hall, plus financial education seminars.

How do we achieve this goal? By operating as an organization and competing in a league that do not require overhead fees. Our Kids First mandate ensures development is our single focus on the field, in the classroom, and beyond.

We Are the Program with the Facilities, Technology, and Equipment

A. We will be the only team in Ontario to own its own turf field. Most programs rely on permits and weather, which can disrupt development. We will never stop training or playing because a municipality cancelled a permit. Our turf field lets us extend the season, starting in April and running through November.

B. We own our facilities and the land they occupy. Our primary facility offers an MLB-style experience and sits directly beside our future field. If weather turns, we move inside to our 12,000 square-foot indoor practice facility and keep training. Along with our primary facility in Durham Region, we also own facilities in Niagara Region and Aruba.

C. We own a Mobile Baseball Training Facility that travels with our teams. It includes batting cages, pitching mounds, pitching machines, hitting and throwing training equipment, and our own field maintenance equipment and crew.

D. Our facility features plyo walls, mounds, hitting and pitching tunnels, Junior and programmable Hack Attacks, a professional-grade weight room, and a players’ clubhouse. We are working toward Canada’s first on-site baseball biomechanics lab. All facilities and fields are equipped with TrackMan systems. Our league, Program 15, uses Synergy video systems to connect this data directly to MLB Central Scouting and NCAA recruiters. Scouts anywhere can click a statistical notification and tune into a live stream of the play and game.

We Are the Program with the Coaches

Our full-time coaches have a proven history of developing high-performance players at the provincial, national, collegiate, and professional levels. They challenge athletes to be the best versions of themselves on and off the field. With player development guiding every decision and plan, our players gain the confidence to compete and succeed in any situation.

We maintain manageable coach-to-player ratios to drive development. We maximise each player’s time on task. For example, our weight room operates at a 1:4 ratio at all times, so athletes train with proper supervision. We will never put 16 to 20 players in a weight room with one coach. That is unsafe and unproductive.

We Are the Program with the Opportunities and Scouting

We are excited to be involved with the Future Stars Series. It provides strong local competition in May and June to keep costs affordable. The true advantage is access to top-tier tournaments and competition in front of leading scouts and recruiters. Ontario leagues often face diluted competition, heavy travel costs, and inconsistent weather. Future Stars Series addresses this with a smaller league that keeps competition high, travel accessible, and exposure to the best events consistent.

Program 15 also broadcasts league games on Synergy with TrackMan data so scouts and recruiters have access to our players at all times. The Future Stars Series CEO, Jeremy Booth, has extensive MLB and NCAA connections that our players can access. Mr. Booth has over 20 years of experience and authored the internationally acclaimed book, “Inside the Mind of a Scout: What Every Parent Wishes They Knew About the Major League Scouting Process.”

On top of this, we have access to our own training facility in Aruba and the ability to play their National Teams, which we will use to supplement an already full schedule.

We Are the Program with the Winning Culture

Building culture is hard. Universities and MLB teams benefit from long periods together that help foster elite environments. Our goal is to provide what has been impossible to mimic in Ontario: a Big League experience. Every player has access to a personal locker, games room, weight room, training facility, and players’ lounge 24/7/365. This supports a positive team culture that drives organisational excellence.

Players also gain financial learning opportunities by helping create budgets, plan travel, and manage logistics. They can contribute to an organisational and team charter that gives athletes a voice in governance.

Because we own our facilities and fields, players also have community service and employment opportunities. They can assist with camps and training for local youth outside our program. We live by “Once a Stallion... Always a Stallion.” Access to our facilities extends well beyond a player’s time as a Stallion. Stallions are always welcome back for life.

We Are the Best Economic Choice

Our program’s advantages are unprecedented in Ontario. The biggest is keeping costs down while providing more opportunities. We do not charge league fees and carry zero overhead and administrative costs. One hundred percent of funds go to player development and experiences. Beyond avoiding the overhead fees common in other leagues, we have a strong network of significant financial backers that ensures the long-term sustainability of the program.

Our one-of-a-kind Net Zero Cost Player Program allows athletes to use sponsorship and fundraising options. This program, available to every player, creates a path to play as a Stallion at no personal cost.
